You need web hosting in order to upload your website to the internet. You will have to pay a monthly fee in order to have your website on the internet, but that fee can be as low as $10 a month

You shouldn't gamble with your online presence. Don't go with a free hosting, which will put flashy banners on your site, making it scream "amateur". You shouldn't go with a $0.99 host either because their servers are probably overloaded with tons of people hosting every website under the sky for $1. Overloaded servers, would mean that your website will be going down very often.
